Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Online collection requires a connected, enabled Stripe account; payment-provider fees are separate from your eShoot subscription.

The practical details.
Can we keep our existing club website address?
Yes. Custom-domain support lets you use your own address with the eShoot club website. We can help you review the package and domain setup before you move.
Do we need to use every module?
No. Lane booking and training can be enabled when your club needs them. You can continue using the kiosk and membership records without introducing advance bookings.
Can we bring our existing records?
We can help import members, membership types, firearms, attendance history and photos. Send us a sample export so we can agree what can be transferred and check the results with you.
Does the kiosk need internet access?
Yes. The club’s kiosk needs an internet connection to use eShoot. Members can identify themselves with a printed card or member number without using mobile data at the desk.
How do online payments reach the club?
Eligible payments are processed on the club’s connected Stripe account. Administrators issue membership payment requests, and members can also pay for enabled lane or training bookings through the web portal.
Does eShoot send guest-day notices to the police?
No. It generates a PDF for the club to download and send. Administrators then confirm sending or record the notification details. Reminders go to club administrators, not the police.
What about members who prefer paper cards?
Printed membership cards work at the kiosk. Administrators can maintain club records for members who do not use the online member services.
Who can access our club records?
Access is controlled by club membership and role. Administrative access requires multi-factor authentication, and access through eShoot’s support tools requires your club’s permission.
